Question Spilled a tiny bit into my pc

I recently bought new motherboard, cpu and ram and last night my screens went black after i spilled some water. I looked through the case as much i could and found this:

I got a tip to remove it with alcohol and bake it in 70C/ 160f. Should i do as he Said or buy a new Motherboard?

The reason water got in is cause the top is open you could say due to a water cooler that i had for 4 years.

If you mean that dark patch at the bottom, looks like something shorted and burnt. That can't be fixed by drying it.

The problems are far more than simply replacing a capacitor. It's new motherboard time.

Its a 3 month old one too

Compare them in detail from the listings.
Personally, I'd just replace the MB with an identical unit.
