I currently have a PC with Windows 7 64 bit installed on an HDD(SATA).
I want to add an SSD(SATA) to it and install Windows 10 on it to be able to have a dual boot PC.
I am not sure how to start. I have never done a dual OS install.
Will just plugging in the SSD and installing Windows 10 via Microsoft's MediaCreationTool help or do I need a bootable USB instead?
A little help would be appreciated. Thanks.
My PC Specifications:
Processor: Intel Core i3 6098p
RAM: 8GB DDR4
GPU: Zotac Nvidia Geforece 1050 Ti 4GB
HDD(SATA): 500GB(with Windows) + 1TB(additional storage)
Going to add:
WD Green 240GB Internal SSD
