However I can't get to the fps you are mentioning in your tests... that's really strange.

I have a 5600 X AMD CPU and a RTX 3080 FE and I barely get to 30-40 fps in Medium everywhere.

Could you share your graphic settings during your tests so I can try to match them ?

Running around the first main village, can't recall the name here and am away from home. The game seems to be VERY CPU limited, so given I'm seeing 50~60 FPS minimums even on a 5090 (I think?) with a 9800X3D, then 30~40 FPS minimums on a 5600X would be about right.
