Hello.

I have a Steelseries Nova pro wireless headset, with a hub connect trough USB-C to the computer.

My problem lies when I boot up my PC, all USB hardware connected to the PC also starts up but not the Hub.
I have to plug it back in in order for the Hub to start so my headset will work.

Ive tried updating everything, connected the Hub to a different USB port. I've looked in my powerplans and can't seem to find something.

Do I have a faulty hub? Is there anything I have missed?

Any help is much appreciated.

which usb hub is it?
maybe update the firmware
update the BIOS of your motherboard
does the headset connect it the hub is not connected?
It is a Nova pro wireless base station

It's fully updated. I will try to update my BIOS - haven't tried that yet.

The headset turns on my no signal, not before I unplug the base station and plug it back in - so it powers on.

did you try pairing the headset and the station again instead of replugging USB?
is the headset powered on while booting?
So I updated the BIOS firmware, did not help.
No, I typically power on the headset when the hub powers on - just tried it a couple of times, doesn't work.

Re-pairing the headset does not help. I've tried it, but it doesn't affect the HUB powering on at all.
