Approximate Purchase Date: November 2022

Budget Range: Around 500$ (Hoping to find a good deal for black friday/cyber monday)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: GAMING, also do a lot of school work as well but I got this pc for gaming.

Are you buying a monitor: No, currently have LG Ultragear 27inch 144hz

Parts to Upgrade:
CPU or GPU (If I need to upgrade my motherboard instead then I can do that too; I just am not sure what is compatible with this motherboard )

Do you need to buy OS: No
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
Newegg, Amazon, Anywhere that has decent prices? :)

Location: Glendale, AZ

Parts Preferences: I prefer NVIDIA and as far as processors go I would say Intel but that is only because I have been told that they are overall the better pick.

Overclocking: Maybe?

SLI or Crossfire: Not sure...

Your Monitor Resolution: 2560 x 1440

Additional Comments: I am having trouble determining what my PSU is for this pc because it is not easily visible in my case (it is on the bottom of this case and it is beneath my GPU so i cannot see it without taking it apart. If you need me to I can though)

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770
CPU cooler: ??
Motherboard: STGAubron B75M4
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. (Ver 4.6.5)
Graphic Interface: Bus- PCI-Express 3.0 (Current&Max Link Width: x16)
Ram: 32GB Total: DDR3 8GB (x4) Samsung (PC3-12800 [800 MHz])
SSD/HDD: Kingfast 1TB HDD
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060 SUPER (Samsung 8gb GDDR6)
PSU: ???
Chassis:??
OS: Windows 10 pro (64 bit)
Monitor: LG Ultragear 27in 144Hz
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Gaming. I love the ability to crank up the graphics settings and not have to worry about performance slipping too far. My pc currently runs most games pretty well honestly but it has been struggling with some of these new releases. I am open to any recommendations y'all may have, I haven't built my own PC is ten years so I can use the pointers!

We would definitely need to know the exact PSU you have to determine anything. You already have the best stuff on that motherboard. You would need a platform upgrade and that would be your entire budget, but at 1440p you also need something better than a 2060S. You have two options as I see it. Keep the graphics card and upgrade your platform, or get a new graphics card and save for a new platform. I would probably opt for option number one. You may want to consider parting out your computer for a higher budget or allow yourself a higher budget in anticipation of selling most of the parts of your current PC.

You could do something like this assuming these parts fit in your case and assuming that your PSU is not junk.
