I've attached a short video to demonstrate the sound I'm hearing View: https://imgur.com/a/UMNWBTM

This is a closer video View: https://imgur.com/a/IvNEr1m
it shows the fan somewhat slowing when the noise occurs
Fairly certain at this point the noise is coming from the PSU. The noise only happens when the PC is idling, as soon as there is a game running the noise stops until all temps drop back to idling temps.

Things I've done:
  1. Open up the tower to ensure there is no blockage or interference with any fans, all fans are running smoothly.
  2. Used compressed air to blow out any dust that was lurking around the PSU and GPU.
For additional maybe useful information I have:
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF
Adapter Type NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
Storage:

Model WDC WDS100T2B0C-00PXH0
Model ST1000DM010-2EP102

Power Supply: Apevia ATX Prestige Power 800W 80+ Gold

Let me know if any other information is needed and I'll provide as soon as I am able.

Seems indeed the fan as far as i can tell from the video's, but do agree with what is said above and urge you to get a better quality psu to go with that 3080 ti.

Apevia power supplies aren't generally good. I'd replace it, it's starting to fail on you. You're running expensive hardware that deserves a better power supply.
Do you have a recommendation for what kind of power supply to pick up? Also is there any good source for me to work out what kind of wattage I need?

Edit: my case NZXT H510 Mid-Tower Case CA-H510

Gotcha, appreciate the confirmation. Do you have any recommendations on power supply? Or sites where I can figure out what wattage I need?
