Question strange gpu noises

I recently got a new graphics card after my last one was making weird noises. And recently it started making this sound

is this something to be concered about/ consider getting a replacement? I dont want the place i got it from to think i damaged it since this is the second time i might have to return it, but will this potentially lead to future problems? happens when the fan speed is around 60% give or take

yeah, there are 2 fans and they are both always spinning
