I'm getting some strange noise from my pc these days whenever I'm using a microphone or headphone which are connected to the audio jack.

You can see the sample noise here - Noise

This happens from both front panel and back panel jacks.
Below are the few things I tried and verified. Please read before commenting:

  1. Front panel audio cable doesn't touch the psu.
  2. Tried all power plan settings and still same issue.
  3. Tried plugging the pc on different sockets in home and same issue happens.
  4. No chance of groundloop, pc and monitor are connected to same UPS.
  5. Tried 3 other microphones (usb & 3.5mm) and 2 headphones, all get same issue.
  6. Cables are balanced, 2 mics have trrs and headphones have trs jacks.
  7. Tried with both up-to-date audio drivers and microsoft Windows 10 audio drivers.
Let me know your thoughts and how can I eliminate this noise.

remove the UPS and plug directly to the wall socket.
check if the audio cable to mobo is the right place?
Have you updated the drivers?
Is the conputer located near a fridge or Aircon?
Is the power on the wall socket sharing with Aircon power?

Yes, issue still happens without the UPS. I even disconnected monitor from pc and still same noise.
Audio drivers are latest. The computer is in a seperate study room, fridge is in a different room atleast 8 feet away. There is no aircon in house.

There is only one audio connector on the motherboard and that's where the front panel audio cable is connected. Issue happens with back side jacks as well.

try uninstalling the sound card driver and anything link with sound inclusive of video and reboot and download latest driver and reinstall.

Already done that earlier, I even re-installed the OS itself yesterday. Tried with default Windows 10 audio drivers first, then updated with motherboard and realtek drivers and tried again. Same noise in all cases.
