Question Sudden black screens on display but fans and lights are still on -- GPU problem?

Hello, new here

I have sudden black screens on my display with "No signal" as the only message on the black screen. My fans and lights are still turned on when all these are happening. The black screens happens when I run any games (GTA V or LoL) for a few mins. The black screens also happen when I reboot the PC just a few seconds after a black screen (though not all the time)

My monitor is 1920x1080 75Hz

I ran the Geeks3d Furmark test and my GPU reached 68 degress Celcius before going black screen again (the whole test lasted only 15s)

I tried

• Restarting my PC
• Reformatting my PC
• Connecting my PC to another monitor
• Changing my HDMI Cable
• Cleaning the main fans
• Connecting to another HDMI port of the PC
• Reinstalling the NVIDIA driver multiple times (which only works short-term, the next time I start up my PC, the black screens resume)

Please assist me in solving the PC issue

brand and model of the psu?
take the 1080 ti out and test with igpu?
