Recently I've been seeing some very sudden temperature changes on my CPU, while I'm idle, it stays between 30 to 36 degrees but as soon as I open chrome or something similar, it spikes up to 60 degrees instantly and drops back to 30 instantly as well. The max temp is low 70 degrees so it's not overheating while playing or benchmarking, but it comes to max temps while under load instantly, and drops intantly. I was wondering if this is a normal behaviour. I'm using i7 4790k with no OC and the cooler is thermaltake nic f3.
These are the sudden spikes, first one is just me opening HWMonitor and the high temp ones are the start and stop of the stress test
