Suggest me a GPU for this system

So my specs are:
MS (or MSI idk now) 550w
4GB Corsair DDR2 ram
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Asus P5P41D

I would really appreciate if you could recommend me something that wont bottleneck this system.THanks in advance 😉

Have you tried the R7 Series by AMD or a 600 Series by Nvidia.
