Gigabyte and Asus are the only two brands making consistently reliable and dependable boards these days.

Between those two, Asus makes the higher performance boards, but there’s very little in it.

TBH I'd go with3200mhz CL16. Crucial, Corsair or G.Skill. Easier to set your timings in Gear 1 and there's little to no difference between 3200mhz and 3600mhz for these Intel 10/11/12 gen cpu's.

Usually the cooler comes with thermal paste. With that said I've always liked Arctic Silver.

After considering some of your suggestions, how about now? I have problem in selecting the PSU... and how many exhaust fans do i need for that case? and that is a bit way for my budget, but i dont mind wait to save another $$ but i would welcome any recommendation to reduce it

It's an amazing build, apart from the PSU which you've already mentioned it's a great set of components. As for the case, I assume your going to put the AIO in the roof of the case. In which case you'd want the 3 front fans as intakes and either a 120mm or 140mm exhaust at the back, I'd go with 140mm.

Yup i saw ppl build it and they put it on top so im gonna follow that! And yes i defo going for the 140mm so its the same as the intake fans that came with the case

I don't want to put you off, most of the large panel high refresh options are VA. I'm just saying that all things being equal IPS is normally the better technology for high refresh rates because it's response time is better. Some VA panels are very very good, others can suffer from motion blur. The Dell is a very nice monitor, but an equivalent IPS will offer a faster response time.

Sorry what? The one benefit of VA over IPS is the faster refresh rate. IPS panels have lower refresh rates but better viewable angle, colour reproduction and less blur.
