CPU-Z shows four different cas latency values. 15-16-17-18 which should I consider?
You can look at the link.

You choose one that's meant for frequency it's listed under. BIOS should chose it automatically when you choose frequency. So for 1200MHz Cl should be 17 or 18. Lower CL should be marginally better but may not be as stable.
