[SOLVED] Synapse 3 not working properly?

Hey guys,
updated my synapse this evening and it just stopped detecting my mouse, its picking up my keyboard fine (blackwidow chroma) but its just stopped picking up my naga trinity.
ive clean installed the app twice and nothing, both times fully uninstalling all drivers and files with synapse,
no matter what i do i can't get it to recognise my mouse is there.
Anyone have any suggestions? getting annoying trying to get it to work

Try reinstalling Synapse 3 per the following Razer links:
