Hello I have had my computer for few years now never had an issue with it but from about 3 weeks ago it randomly gets stuck ( freezes everything, can't even move mouse as it is stuck until i manually reset it). It usually happens when playing Valorant game(will share its requirements below) which i have played for over a year now and never had problem before - it gets stuck lets say twice a week, not too often but it is annoying. Here are my specs and Valorant game requirements:

Specs:

Gigabyte B450M GAMING-CF
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
16 GB RAM
64-bit operating system

Valorant minimum system requirements:
  • Processor – Intel i3-4150 (Intel), Ryzen 3 1200 (AMD)
  • Graphics card – Geforce GT 730, Radeon R7 240.
  • RAM – 4 GB.
  • VRAM – 1GB.
  • Disk space – At least 10GB.
  • Operating System – Windows 7/8/10 64-Bit.
I have found throughout forums it might be temperature related but kept checking temperatures using HWMonitor and the highest temp was for Hotspot 72 degrees(usually hanging around 65) GPU was lower than that so it doesnt seem this is the issue i guess as i read i should only worry if temps are 80 degrees or more? Also i have changed the thermal paste on processor a week ago and didnt help im afraid.

Does anyone have a clue what i might need doing to sort the problem out?

I have also went into EventViewer (system app) straight after todays crash to see errors there was some DistributedCom Warning and Critical --> Kernel-Power 41 which i checked both what mean first one says is about too high temperature but it wont go more than 70 degrees other one says drivers might be outdated i checked every single one and all are up to date 🙁
