Question system - Shutdown when dell logo apeared!

Dear friends, I am having a problem with my several Dell OptiPlex systems. When I press the power button, they turn on successfully, but often shut off again when the Dell logo appears. The main issue is that I cannot access the BIOS mode either. I need any helpful suggestions or opinions.

did you try replace the cmos battery on these old machine
