Hi all,
I'm totally stuck and just hope anyone out there can help with my problem.
When I turn my computer on today, it took nearly 10 min for it to boot and load Windows XP. For some reason my system is very slow, as if something is failing or about to.
Everything was fine the night before, normal shut down as always.
When the system boots up after the RAID check, a under_score cursor appears on top left corner of the screen. It blinks for about 5sec then a progress loading bar appears on the bottom of the screen, which normally loads dead quick...but today it just very slow....after about a min the Windows XP loading logo appears....then it takes ages...before it gets on to the desktop. I never seen that Under_score cursor blink before.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Cheers, in the meantime I have a look what else it can be.
