I got home from the movies yesterday and all of my USB devices were powered off, and all of my displays had no input.I tried to restart the computer with the build in restart switch in the case. The motherboard recognized it because there was a light that flickered when i pressed the restart button. The USB ports have no power, and my GPU displays any output and I never even get to my BIOS when I turn on my PC. I thought maybe it was my Motherboard but I realized there are no blown capacitors and I see that my CPU fan still spins (plugged into Motherboard), and the RGB led on my Motherboard turn on too. I can tell it is posting because there are lights that are turning on and off.
I have tried to clear CMOS, gave it a day, reseated my memory and tried new DIM slots...
I did see a TON of dust on my CPU heatsink.
I am thinking that it is a bad CPU?
CPU: Ryzen 5 1400
GPU: Radeon RX580
Motherboard: MSI Bazooka B350M
