Link to the video (what exactly doesn't work properly) - Bug
  1. Can't copy text in the discord. (but at the same time i can copy in any other places (chrome and etc))
  2. Windows toolbar doesn't work
  3. 3)Playing video doesn't work (but sometimes when you open other programm over the videoplayer. Video starts working and you can hear and see that on the background
At the same time after restarting PC all these bugs are gone for maybe 30-60 mins

I am not sure, but i think all the following problems caused by 1 error or something

PC specs : not overclocked
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080Ti
Intel i7-8700K 3.70GHz
RAM DDR4 16gb
Motherboard Micro-Start International Z370-A PRO (MS-7B48)
windows 10 editions for education customers (installed on Samsung SSD 970 EVO 250GB if that matters)

I tried to fully unistall windows 10. it helps for maybe 1-2 days and then all these bugs comeback

Not sure if this apply to all the erros, but sometimes when playing Rust, game just crashes completly without a error and windows is going crazy after this. I am unable to open anything, cant even reboot PC (only with the button on the case)

Any idea how i can fix this?

Remember you can sort any of the columns by clicking the column headers.

Applying the sorts can make it easier to identify a re-occurring problem(s) and how frequently the error occurs.

There will always be some errors - that is normal.

But do follow through and research/google the errors.

Overall, my sense is that you may need to reinstall Steam.

However I also see that "AppModel-Runtime" - determine what that is.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings.

When the PC is first booted take a look at Task Manager and Resource Monitor to see what all is running, what resources are being used, and what is using those resources.

First while not gaming and then while gaming.
