Solution
To be on the safe side, use the 120mm rad AIOs with CPUs of 65W TDP. For CPUs that have 90+ W TDP, you're better off using 240mm or 280mm rad.

Even though the 120mm rad of H60 and H80i v2 can cool the 90+ W TDP CPU, you might run into thermal throttling, especially when you OC the CPU. 120mm rad AIOs are meant for mini ITX and HTPC builds where there's not enough room for 240mm rad and/or proper CPU air cooler (usually 150mm tall and higher).
