Sorry, the wife had to skip out and head to her father's to take care
of some things for him. After working hard there all day she just
wanted to chill the rest of the day so she is still at the Arcane WP as
am I.

As for this week, can only play by ear. Now that I got the pool set up,
if the right combination of heat and water temperature prevail, we'll
be dunking ourselves after dinner and won't be on till about 8 or 8:30.

If she or we play at all and you are not around I'll post her/our
whereabouts so you can keep Smokey up with us. I will try to emphasize
the importance of Oak Sage to her and hope that she keeps that in mind.

But she is good with a Zon and should really have no problems through
most of Normal. I have been twinking her with relativeky good gear and
charms and mana items. And once she gets the Fury and Valk she should
even have a smooth ride thrrough parts of NM, especially if she has
some nice gear. I already bought her a nice amulet with +1 all skills
AND some real nice resists.

If something should happen where she gets nailed during a game I told
her we can rush a new zon up to the place where her deeds were
remembered so that we can continue without a long buildup.

No problem, I didn't have a lot of time to play yesterday morning anyway. I
got my Druid the Raddy quest, and leveled his merc a little. Then I did a
few Mephy runs.

Got to play for a little bit last night and decided to finally get my
guardian tag for my mage. I know you offered to help her get the title the
other night with one of your characters. But I figured she needed to really
earn it by soloing it. No Gloams till the throne level. Minotaurs on the WK2
& WK3, they swarmed my merc and hosed him down a couple times before I could
port him to safety. And this required my well honed mastery of the 'run away
screaming' tactic. The minions went well. Had to port to town once when I
got a good dose from Achmel. But otherwise I didn't even have to leave the
room once to beat all the waves. Baal was a two potion fight, one for each
of us. All blue drops.

I'll keep an eye out for you. I should be around a little more regularly now
that things have settled down a little.

I reserve the right to twink her character. In fact maybe I'll start putting
a kit together for when she goes to NM.

Oh, and I do have another GA to replace the one you had the 'accident' with.

Let's just not talk about death. She'll be fine. Just obey the HC rules,
build for defense first, offense second. At least 2 points a level in
vitality, 3-5 in D/A/E.
