i recently built a system using the same setup from toms cpu article "Overclocking Core i7: Power Versus Performance". So i have a i7 920 on a p6t asus board with corsair dominator series ddr3 mem, but instead of using an air cooler i went out and picked up a thermaltake bigwater 760is water cooling setup using fusion xp+ nano coolant inplace of thermaltakes stock coolant. I got everything up and running (stock haven't tried to oc yet) and ran prime95 stress test while running real temp 3.0 and after about 5min i stopped the test because temps on all four cores where getting close to 80c i usually idle around 36-44c. i have seen online reviews using the bigwater and some air systems with much better results, what is wrong?, this cant be normal.
