Question The fan/fans on my gpu have been making a loud noise and stopped spinning at times

Like the title says the fans on my Gpu had been making a very loud sound almost as if it were grinding against something and then all of a sudden stopped doing it. This made me assume it somehow fixed itself, but I'd been having problems running graphic intensive games. After about 10 minutes the screen would so black so its clearly a problem with the GPU overheating. I looked today and sure enough both of the fans had stopped working, one had actually fallen out of its socket and the other would start spinning if I touched it but it would start making the grinding sound again which I don't want to continue to use incase it damages it. Is there any way to repair these or do I need to get completely new fans to replace these?

Here's a quick video, the left fan still spins fine but will only spin for a moment and then stop whereas the right fan won't spin at all and is slightly tilted/loose
