Tiny - You play the guitar? It doesnt matter if I were to get a 500$ guitar, at that point id spend my other 500 so Id rather get the taylor. I tried it and loved it. I dont have a hobby anymore. I dont game AT ALL. So I started to play my guitar again and Im getting a lot better...No decision made yet

CST - Whats gonna be awesome?

Right now it's a 760. Which will go in my work PC, but that's the one that needs the GPU upgrade more (right now it's using a 660). Although I'm thinking I want to get a 980TI for my White Knight rig, so if I do that, the GPUs will get shuffled around regardless. But that might not happen for a while.

Yeah I think I'm just going to save my money for now and get a 980TI in a month or so. I very badly want an MSI Lightning. In the event I do actually get this, the Gigabyte that's in there now will go in my work PC. I tend to reuse components until they no longer hold any value.

Yeah I've got mine on the MSI Lightning LE, which I will pull probably once I pay my credit card bills next month. I may have to split the payments, but small price to pay for going 4K.

So how does one go about custom painting a case? I saw this amazing looking blue painted Enthoo Luxe while I was browsing PC Part Picker: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/PtyfrH

I was thinking of getting an Enthoo Luxe and painting it to match the Lightning.

Up too you. If you want to paint them, follow that procedure, abet with instructions given on the cans and whatnot. You could use regular spray paint for metal but imho but it won't nearly as good as if you use automotive.

That guy seems to know his stuff.

If you want to use plastidip for some reason, You would still have to sand it, but no primer needed.. I don't think so at any rate. It was MNPCTech I believe that put up that video and several painting videos on their youtube.

I'm going to pull the 2x2TB Seagate "LP" drives out of Omega so I can put them in another system. They're a RAID1 pair, but on an AMD 950 chipset, so I would not expect to just put them in an Intel box and have the RAID1 survive. Sounds like it might be time for a 2TB USB3.0 external drive to back them up first (they're nowhere near full).

I play everything.

With me at my apartment in Colorado I have:

Ovation Celebrity Custom Elite acoustic electric (2006):

Mine is a natural maple top though.

Gretsch Duo Jet (2008):

Mine is exactly the same but I have a marble pickguard.

I have this amp:

My other notable guitars back in MD are:

ESP LTD MH-350 (2007):

Mine is gold.

Ibanez Artcore (2005):

Mine is a red maple top.

And my pride and joy. Rarest/most valuable and most fun to play.
1984 Charvel Model 2:

Mine is just like this but red with the same ORIGINAL Floyd Rose bridge this one has (what makes is rare/valuable)

I also have a banjo, mandolin, and ukulele.

Yeah I've kind of become interested in case modding after browsing some of the higher end builds that are posted on PC Part Picker. That one I showed with the blue Enthoo Luxe is amazing. I want to do something like that, only I'm thinking of going green with mine.

I was thinking more along the lines of the Hulk. HULK SMASH!!!

My idea is to switch out the Define R4 for an Enthoo Luxe. And I would custom modify it for a black / green scheme, but I was thinking of going with a more black / yellow scheme more to match the MSI Lightning, which I plan to purchase at some point.

The White Knight would be "Captain America", but more Winter Soldier era.
