So, is there any word out yet when DFI will put out their motherboard for 680i or are they just going to go with RD600 and if so does any one know at all when the RD600’s should be coming out? I’m just asking because I’ve been playing the waiting game ever since there was word about the C2D. The rig I was planning on building was this: C2D E6600, eVGA 680i motherboard, eVGA 8800 GTX, + new memory and new power supply. Haven’t decided on the PSU or memory yet. By the way is this pretty good choice for memory: OCZ Gold 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ28002048ELDCGE-K Timing: 5-5-5-10. Just trying to get some info because I'm pretty much ready to buy, but if DFI is coming out with a board soon I might still wait. Thanks for the info in advanced.
