Ever notice that in Capture the Flag games you still lose even tho you
captured more flags! Why? because it still relies on total kills.
What's the point in CTF'ing if you still lose!
What a dumb bug, eh?

That's not a bug, that's exactly how it should be.

The right winner is declared based on points. If you cap 3 flags and
score 120 points, yet the other team scores 200 points and no caps, the
cap limit (meaning if you get 5 or so caps and automatically win the
game) isn't met, then the server, as it should, bases the "win" after
the time period expires on the highest scoring team.

If you want to "win", hit the cap limit or score higher. The point to
CTF is two fold: 1) cap the flag (of course) and 2) hit the cap limit
before the other team. Otherwise, why not just set the cap limit to one,
that way, the first team to cap the flag, wins. (this is how it's
normally played in real-world wargames).

If you don't like this, play on a server that has
no time limit. Then the flags are the only points
that count.
