there are no words displayed on Windows 10

There are literally no words on programs like Windows Explorer and task manager.

lets see if its same in safe mode

click start
click power button
while holding shift, click restart
this should load you into a blue menu at startup

choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

is it any better? you can't work in safe mode but it will tell us if its maybe a program causing it or not

perhaps set PC to load as a clean boot - follow these instructions while in safe mode and make sure NOT to disable all Microsoft services or windows won't load normally - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

its possible a 3rd party app is to blame. If windows works fine in a clean boot, slowly re add programs using msconfig until you find the culprit.
