While i am installing my new CPU ( AMD Ryzen 5 8400f with stock cooler ) my fingers touched the thermal paste on the stock cooler by accident so some of thermal paste removed from the stock cooler but most of thermal paste remain on the cooler
SO Do I need to Buy New Thermal Paste and install it again or it will work fine ??

**** Attached Image of Stock cooler and CPU after installation

Well...if you had not removed the block after installing and running it, you did not need to do anything.

But since you seemingly did....completely clean both faces and reapply new paste.
No i haven't turned on the PC , I just installed the cup cooler then i removed it and reinstall it again but i didn't powered the PC ( that images were taken after i removed the cpu cooler then i installed it again but till now i haven't turned the PC . It's new cpu so Do i need to buy new thermal paste ?

I re install the cpu cooler because i installed it in direction that make the cable not fitted well so i removed it and re install it in right direction
So I'm building my first PC and I have a heatsink with pre-applied thermal paste which I attactched to the CPU but took off briefly to reajdust its position. Will I need to remove the thermal paste and put a new layer on now? note that i haven't Turned the PC till now

@Tomas Talaat

"I re install the cpu cooler because i installed it in direction that make the cable not fitted well so i removed it and re install it in right direction"

What cable?

Photos?

And monitoring the CPU temperatures under any circumstances is always a good idea with respect to a new build....
I removed the stock cooler to re adjust it well . there is no problem in cables . the Problem that if i removed the heatsink and installed it again before turning on the pc Does i need to replace the Thermal paste due to air bubbles or not
I haven't monitered the Temp till now but i will do it after complete installation of my PC
But what's the Temparature that indicate that CPU work fine ??
here is photo of cpu after i removed the heatsink before i installed it again

Typically you would be provided enough paste for several applications. Put it on and run it. When you get a chance go buy some new paste and replace the old one. Not a lot of paste is required. You might be just fine by lightly running a credit card over the top of both to even it out then put together.

If its all together now and working, dont touch it again until you have new paste.

Same photo as in Post #1 - correct?

What brand thermal paste and how did you apply it?

As for CPU temperatures: The operational temperature range should be listed in the specs.

And the cooler should be able to meet/match those specs.
it's Thermal paste pre applied to AMD stock cooler
I just Installed the Stock cooler ( i didn't applied the thermal paste it's preapplied to stock cooler ) but then within few seconds i removed it to re adjust it , took a picture of CPU ( attached ) Then i re installed the Stock cooler again

Not sure how much leeway is available with readjusting pre-applied thermal paste.

As I understand it all if you installed the stock cooler and then had to move/readjust it that could mean a complete "do-over".

Or you could try it as is and simply monitor the temperatures thereafter.

Out of spec high emperatures likely mean you will need to clean and re-apply new thermal paste.

There may other comments and suggestions.
