Thermal paste!

What is the best thermal paste to use for my upgrade.I'm upgrading from an e8400 to a quadcore q9400!

AS5 / MX2 / MX3 will all serve your needs without running to more exotic substances. I have used all three in the past on different machines.

MX series is handy because it is non conductive or electricity - no excuse for sloppy wokr on an install though.
