[SOLVED] Thermalright Pearless assassin 120

few questions here, 1- what's the difference between the 120 and the 120SE version of this cooler. 2-I have a 4070ti gigabyte gpu and 4 sticks of ram in an nzxt H710i case, My worry is about clearance. will the cooler fit comfortably with the gpu with out being stuck to it? and if it was close enough to the GPU would that cause any issues?

the main difference is the included mounting brackets. the 120 se leaves out mounting for less popular sockets.

it'll clear the gpu no problem, but you might have to adjust for tall ram. i have basic ram and had to raise mine about 1/8 inch to clear my ram. with 4 sticks you could move the fan to the other side to leave your ram totally clear if you wish.

My ram is corsair's vengance PRO RGB you think that would cause any issues ?

like me you'll either have to raise the fan a little bit or move it to the other side of the cooler.

either way it's no big deal and won't hurt the cooler at all.
