Hello! I want to build this PC. I bought PC House and VGA but the rest no.

CPU: i5-9400F
VGA: Gigabyte GeForce RTX™ 2060 OC, 6GB, 192-bit
Mothetboard: MSI B360-A PRO Socket 1151 v2
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2x8GB DDR4 2666MHz CL16
FPU: Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W 80 PLUS
PC House: ATX Aerocool CYLON RGB

(And I thinking this cpu cooler: Pure Rock BK009)

Yes, but you may be prone to bottlenecking, but overall yes I would say it is a good build.

I don't think there will be any bottleneck, I currently have an RTX 2060 Super and I'm planning on upgrading to that same CPU to remove the bottleneck completely.
