Hey there!
Hope you guys are all doing excellent. My name is Miguel, and this is one of my first posts on this Forum.

The reason I'm making this post is because I need a little help. I own a Lenovo Y540 with an RTX 2060 and an i7 9750H and I'm having some issues. First of all, for some reason, when I'm playing the new Assassin's Creed Shadows, I'm getting 30 stable FPS, sometimes more depending on the sceneario I'm in, and that's okay, but here's the kicker; when I start recording gameplay with the Nvidia App, the Framerate Increases to a stable 55-60 FPS without any stutters, and it continues to have the same framerate until I turn the recording off... This... obviously isn't normal, and I can't really figure out why it's happening, but since I saw that this PC was able to get such good framerates, and what leads me to my main reason behind this post; I wanted to try using ThrottleStop to undervolt my CPU as to squeeze every little performance that I can out of it, whilst keeping the coolest temperatures possible, hence my post... Basically, I was wondering if anyone has the same Laptop, or the knowledge on how to properly configure ThrottleStop, since all the guides I've found regarding my specific device are outdated and don't show the same things I'm seeing on the new version of ThrottleStop...
I've attached Screenshots of how my ThrottleStop is right now, but I'm guessing it's all messed up and could potentially be improved.

Thank you all for taking the time in reading this, and even more appreciated if you're able to help me.
Best regards,
