Ti4200(4x) vs. FX5600XT

I have an opportunity to pick up an MSI FX5600XT-128 pretty cheap.
Anyone have opinions how the older Ti4200-64-4x (my current card)
compares to this one? I've seen a few benchmarks on the web actually
showing the 128MB version of the Ti4200 beating the FX5600 hands down --
couldn't find anything comparing the 64MB 4200 to the FX5600XT.

So, other than the new pixel shader and additional DX9 support, any
reason to get the newer card? The Ti-4200 seems to run well enough and
I'm *not* a gamer.

BTW, my setup:

P4 2.8G (533fsb)
Asus P4S8X-X
512 MB PC2700 x 2 in dcm
WXPP SP1

You are fine with yours, even the normal 5600 might be slower and the 5600
ultra not worth the change. I wouldn't consider anything lower than a 5700
ultra or a much better 5900xt for less price! Btw, most old 4x gf4's are
faster in 64 than 128mb due to faster rated mem (500mhz vs 450), on 8x
models, most had 513mhz on both versions (featuring 3.6ns chips if you were
lucky).

Since you're not a gamer there is no reason to even consider upgrading
your current card.

The 5600XT is a slowwwed down version of the 5600 and is much slower than
the 4200. Don't do it.
