Too high idle temp

AMD Athlon 7750+ 2.7Ghz Dual-Core
DDR2 2GB Ram

i have a dual booth system( Xp and win7). When i run WinXp eveything is normal but on win7 the gpu idle temp. is 60 C.it says 95% activity . I scanned there are no viruses , and uninstalled new apps .
The cpu is normal as well in win7 . Normal idle temp of CPU is 26 C and 30-35 C for my GPU

maybe you have outdated driver only in the windows 7?

i fixed it,reinstalled drivers couple of times and its back to normal .
