So the battery and charger were working fine before I installed a new Windows 10 on my Toshiba Satellite Pro C850. Now the battery is about to die and the charger won't work!
I tried updating the battery drivers but Windows reported correct ones are already being used.
I am unable to turn on the laptop without the batter using just the charger. I've tried clearing static by pressing the power button for 1 min without the battery and charger.
I'm currently trying to update Windows but it's taking too long and I know for certain the battery is going to run out.
Any experienced this before? What did they do to resolve this?
