Question TPM 2.0 enabled in bios but not in OS

I did everything MSI told me to do to enable tpm and it looks exact same settings as the image example on the website but when i type tpm.msc in run it says compatible device cannot be found

yeah i have it on uefi thats just a SS of from the website i had the TPM setting exactly like those ive been through so many videos i have uefi and secure boot on
