Question Transformers FOC won't open.

I started replying the series and on the 2nd title when i installed it after starting it got me an error 0xc0000142. After downloading multiple versions of the game and multiple cracks it got fixed, but came another problem. The game start but only as a process. When i open it, it does nothing so i opened task manager along with it and i noticed that i got the tfoc.exe running in there but only for a short while after which is disappear. I changed the game to win 7 compatibility = nothing. Changed to open as admin and at locked resolution at 640x480 = still nothing. Is it possible that i can fix the issue so i can play this master?
