Question Troubleshooting Help

When playing games and under heavy load, I lose display signal while everything else keeps running. Im forced to power off the system through the power button. I get a white VGA light on my mobo when i try to reboot.

Ryzen 5 3600
Radeon RX 570
ROG Strix B450
8GBx4 3200MHz
Corsair VS450w
Boot drive is a 512Gb m.2
