Question Trusted Certificates -- normal?

I am trying to figure out what's going on with my phone. It is not private/secure. It seems like it is briefly secure on a full reset and especially if you sideload, but then it is compromised pretty quickly once it gets online.

There are A LOT of "trusted" certificates. Are these normal? Can these be shut off?

Maybe 10+ pages of these certs.
