Trying to use filezilla but my ip address starts with 192 a router what do i do

im trying to use filezilla but it wont connect and im told my ip address starts with 192 through a router so what do i do please

Your IP should start with a 192, that's normal. Check their help pages for suggestions. I can't even get to the web site, redirects to some VoodoFiles thing.

Your internal adrress would usually be something like "192.168.2.1" or similar. Are you sure it doesn't mean your external IP? If you go to http://www.whatismyip.com you can see your external. Give that a try.
