When I start up my computer, I get 2 boxes with messages
in them. One says "HPHa3mon has a problem and needs to
close..." and the other one says "HPHipm09.exe unable to
start driver". I have no idea what these mean. Can
someone help me? I often have trouble printing a
document and have to restart my computer for the printing
to take place. Is this related to the messages I am
getting, and what can I do about it?

They are both HP drivers so I suggest you start with a complete uninstall
and reinstall of your printer.
