Wow I just ran the bench with default Nvidia settings and couldnt break 33 FPS
this was at 1325 mzh boost and a 600 mhz OC on memory
I am humbled LOL
though it is true the 660Ti does benefit from a good memory OC from all the 660Ti reviews I read
Now I just ran it with "cheater" Nvidia Control Panel settings and scored a 39.7 LOL
I could post a screenie looking totally legit but really would be a lie
interesting....
I can tell you this, the screenshots I posted were with the default Catalyst settings. I don't know what half of the settings do, so I just don't mess with them.
Playing with my newest toy, a MSI GTX 670 Power Edition. This is the best score so far for me 1306/1850. The core seems to throttle briefly at times though, will work on fixing that later. I was just happy to see a Kepler (a gimped one at that) hit 50 FPS.

:/ My 670 I had could never do what yours just did. Are you watercooled?
Nope, it's air cooling. I did modify the BIOS to move the voltage from 1.175v to 1.21v, it got me a couple extra bumps on the core clock. Stock voltage I could do 1280MHz but with more voltage I max out at 1306MHz.

That's the card I'm using.
That rig looks sick! Imagine a Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK with your yellow corsair SP 120s. You are pushin the crap out of that 670, what case it that?

Yeah I wanted a lightning. Whether its a 7970 or a 680. Maybe even a 780!
It's just a Fractal Design Arc Midi R2. I took out some of the HDD racks and the 5.25" rack and painted all the white trim yellow.
The CPU cooler is a Prolimatech Panther. I chose it because of it's slim design so I can use all 4 RAM slots with ease and would be able to swap RAM without removing the cooler or it's fans.

I'd slap a 780 Lightning in there! If not that, then a 7970 lightning. Replace that mobo with a Big Bang from MSI also, you'd have a complete scheme!
Well I actually have this motherboard. Which is entirely black and yellow, which also is why I decided to paint all my white trim the same shade of yellow, but you can't see any of that with hardware installed.
I bios modded the card over and over and over because kepler is hard to get the right overclock.
Okay I have a 660Ti and I cant get over 35 FPS on stock Nvidia Control Panel settings and a hard OC on stock voltage
Is your Nvidia control panel set to default or did you change settings?
What clocks are you running at?

I had a really strong 670s and 680s at one point and neither could get those scores, legitimately. Also both of them were clocked really close to his, I can see that it's at 1314MHz, and my 670 at 1306MHz is a couple of points lower while having a higher memory clock. I think my 680 ran 1293MHz and scored 51 FPS. All my machines had a stronger CPU too. I formally declare shenanigans. 😀
