Not too different from a machine built over a year ago! Very happy!

Nice Machine!

On Valley benchmark it states that the Core clock is 1340mhz but on EVGA Xprecision it state 1140 @ a stable 80c!

Love My Titans! Plus the Titan range has clearly the coolest name! :)

I'd imagine the only difference in score is due to my slightly higher core clock! Gotta love Titans!!!

And a few more cores! But yes Titans are amazing. I was playing Titanfall the last few weeks and it wa laggy at full with only 4xmsaa anti-Aliasing and I was thinking this isnt right... I then remembered I had turned off SLI to provide performance to an external display. Turned SLI back on and now titan fall is working at full settings with 16xCSQsomething anti-aliasing! Amazed with them!

valley is reporting the wrong clocks via the nvidia bios… i have a skynet bios on my classified 780 and it fixed the wrong clock report.

James… whats your single card score at 1080p and 1440p? the best i got with my classy 780 running at 1350mhz or whatever i was at was 3349@1080p.

Will do a test after I get back from a walk! :)

Well, it is the EVGA SC (Superclocked) edition so it is factory OCed to 1111 MHz base and 1163 MHz boost. Memory is still at the stock 1753 MHz.

Yeah seems about right.

at 1241/1800 I get 2103 on my 680.

Wow, how the heck did I manage 126.1 / 5277 with reference 780s ?!?! Keep pushing those Titans!

I'm not pushing mine anymore! 1280MHz on the core has pushed my cards to my temperature limit (that's my own limit that I refuse to exceed).

I'd imagine the extra 500 cores on each card increases heat more compared to your 780's. You must have Golden 780's!!!!!

Sapphire r9 290 tri x xfire factory clock. I want to OC them but I'm still running on a 750w PSU. CPU is oc'ed to 4.4ghz. Is this score normal or underperforming?

Is it 780ti? as they are more powerful than the Titan's (Mine are not Titan Blacks)

I don't really want to push them. Don't really do much overclocking, and don't have time to learn 😛

Nope, just some EVGA reference 780s =P

overclocking the gk110 is very easy. on the stock bios your not going to damage the card... nvidia has many features that will gimp you from doing any harm... but that doesnt mean you should let your card run at above 82c all day every day for long periods.

just overclock them a little. the nvidia reference cooler still has some headroom in it. use whatever program you want... most use msi afterburner. play with the fan profile and test different fan % settings to what you believe is tollerable. then bump the core voltage up a little and start moving the core clock up.

scroll down to the advanced gk110 oc guide and follow the directions... you dont have to use the voltmod. you will be able to squeeze out at least another 100mhz which is about a 10% performance increase.

Bloody hell! Oh well my Titans are getting on a bit anyway 😉

Ganix - Intel i7-4790k @ 4GHZ - Gigabyte GTX 970 @ 1519MHz / 3505MHz - 36.6 - 1530

I've been having some problems and am not sure what is causing it.

is this a brand new build? you are well below half of what you should be running.

I am not insulting your intelligence in anyway, just starting from the basics.

Have you gone into the nvidia control panel, under manage 3d settings, and selected Prefer maximum performance and single display mode?

How do other games run? I get about 70 (ish) on a single titan so you should be AT LEAST on par. And with that mad clock speed you should be getting almost 80 - 90.

Also checked that no other settings have been changed in the
