It`s Norway. The pc is a Packard Bell btw...

There's no mdel number like that at the Packard Bell site They all have a "PT" in them.

Yes I know. That`s why I`m posting here. I`m struggling with finding out how to do this. I downloaded a program called specci and found out that the motherboard is called imedia s 1350, so am trying to find out how to fix this...
