You guys are funny:) this % wise comparison is nothing but a marketing gimmick to sell you a new piece of hardware so you can measure your "epenis" as Liquid1 stated.

If my 4870 1gb gives me 100FPS on COD and the 4890 gives me 110fps it will mean absolotely nothing to me. It's the same comparing 4870 with gtx260 or the 280. After a certain frames per second rate, your eyes will not notice the difference what so ever. So yeah you can run your benchmarks and be the king of the hill by having 3 Frames per second more and shelling out and extra $150 for those 5 to 10 Frames per second, but for me that is plain stupid.

Cheers!

yess but this is a case of prestige and enthusiasm in this case.

personally I want a constant 60 fps for me to enjoy the game.:)

30 fps generally for RTSs, I don't mind that little, but for racing and shooting 60:)

i hope that constant 60 has "vsync on" on it.

theres only 1 game out there thats forgivable not to have vsync-on. you guys probably know what that is. :D.

actually I don't like v sync.

For some reason, in CS and left 4 dead, it changes my aim...it feels lagged, I can't explain it feels completely different when I have it on and off. there are others that are the same 2, just don't come to mind.

.....

Anyways, I also dislike Vsync. I always keep it disabled, it does nothing but hinder my max FPS. And ive never experienced tearing or what not.
