[SOLVED] Upgrade CPU or RAM?

I'm planning to upgrade but I'm thinking which should I get. Should I upgrade my ram to 16gb or should I just buy a new ryzen 3 3200g 3.6hz.

CPU definitely, that is holding you back big time.

You may also consider more RAM if you experience high utilization in your workload, for 2020 I wouldn't really use less than 16G unless you just browse or similar.

ryzen 3 3200g 3.6hz.

Why that one? You already have an external GPU. I'd find a deal on a 1600AF or 3600 or something.
