upgrade to pro then downgrade to 7

want to upgrade 8.1 (x64 oem) to 8.1 pro, then downgrade to 7 pro. possible w/ the pro pack? which version of 8.1 pro would need to be purchased?

Pro pack is for Windows 8 not for Windows 7. To downgrade to Windows 7, just buy the Windows 7 Pro OEM and perform a clean install.
If there are important data, back them up to another drive before installing windows 7
