[SOLVED] Upgraded my CPU and now my PC won't boot to Windows 10. Can someone help?

I upgraded my cpu from a Ryzen 7 2700x to a 3950x. Every time I turn on my PC, it says it "Ran into a problem and needs to restart." It also tries to automatically repair itself, which never works. I've tried flashing the BIOS to the latest version, clearing the CMOS, putting in one stick of ram at a time, even putting the old CPU back in. None of these things has worked. While I cannot boot to Windows, I can at least get into the BIOS. BTW, I have an Asus TUF Gaming x570 Pro (WiFi) motherboard. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Back up the drive and do a clean install of windows.

You mean the drive I have windows on right? How do I back it up if I can't access it?

You can move the drive to another PC or use bootable USB drive managers. I believe something like EaseUS should work.
