Question Upgrading old Motherboard and CPU, halp?

So I built my PC in 2012, and have made some minor upgrades over the years (New GPU, more DDR3 RAM, EVGA 750 watt power supply, SSD). But I feel that my Motherboard and CPU are getting pretty old now. I would like to upgrade while still keeping the newer GPU and maybe RAM, albeit i'm probably going to have to get new RAM. I don't want anything too pricey, well I DO want that but I can't spend too much money.

So here is a list of what is in my PC.

Motherboard:

• GA-970A-UD3 (rev. 1.1)
• AMD AM3+ FX/AM3 Phenom™ II series processors
• 2 PCI-E 2.0 x16 interfaces

Central Processing Unit:
- AMD FX-6200 Zambezi 6-Core 3.8GHz socket AM3+ 125W

Graphics Processing Unit:
- MSI Radeon RX 570 DirectX 12 RX 570 ARMOR MK2 8G OC 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX

I never really stayed up-to-date on all the new parts that constantly come out every day, so I just need some recommendations from you guys, please
price range for new MOBO and CPU and maybe new RAM together around $400-$800? Just guessing, I haven't done much research yet, but I will begin researching on my own after I post this. THANKS!

I dont need a new SSD, I just recently got a new 1TB SSD. And a 750W power supply. But awesome with the others! I think I overpriced what j thought it would be haha. But thank you!

EVGA power supply. Yeah I was thinking about that, I need an aftermarket cooler like that. I was wondering if water coolers actually work, I have one on my current CPU but never felt like it really helped much. I dont remember what brand it is off the top of my head.

You could get a water cooler. If your is compatible you could reuse it.
You are going from a hot 125W CPU to a 65W CPU.
