Upgrading Ram Advice

Hi, Im having a tricky time trying to figure whats the best time of Ram to go with for my laptop.

I Currently have a Intel Core i7
Q 740 @1.73ghz
4gbs of DDR3 dual channel

its got an average dram frequncy of 665 and an average NB frequncy of 1995mhz

Whats the best possible solution for upgrading from 4gbs to 8gbs, what type of ram and mhz speed would I be looking at getting?

204 pin Sodimm DDR3 1333MHz.

+1^ if the laptop supports 1600 then even better but less complications if you stick to 1333 MHZ please could you post the laptop model so i can further research that.

Its a sony vaio VPCF132FX, i cant find if it supports 1600

Yip its 10600 (DDR3 1333 MHZ) So stick to that and you'll be golden.
